New Build, Suggestions Welcome!

Hey, the desktop that I am currently using is no longer sufficient and It's time to go with a new one. I have some hardware in mind that I've been looking at and was wondering if anyone had any insight on whats good or bad. I plan to build this system myself to save a little money compared to some of the prebuilt ones.

The specs I've been looking at are as followed:
Case: Antec DF-85 Black ATX Full Tower Computer Case
Mobo: MSI X79A-GD65 (8D) LGA 2011 Intel X79
CPU: Intel Core i7-3960X Extreme Edition Sandy Bridge-E 3.3GHz-3.9GHz Turbo ~ ( Might OC but not real Familiar with OCing)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100 liquid cooler
Video Card: 2 EVGA Geforce GTX 580 3Gb in SLI
Memory: 16GB Corsair Vengence 240-pin DDR3 1600Mhz
PSU: SilverStone 1500W ATX +12V 80+ Silver certified or CORSAIR
Professional Series Gold AX1200W (Not sure which one)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM 2TB
Drive Bay: Plextor 24X±R
Audio Card: ASUS Xonar Essence STX Virtual 7.1 Channels
Other than the H100 I plan to have the rest air cooled. I Was looking at liquid cooling kits for the Video Cards but have no idea where to begin or what to look for.

This will be my first barebone assembly of a computer other then uprgading and adding components to existing ones. If anyone has insight on better or more compatible hardware and/or what to look out for when building a computer I'm all ears!

HDD: WD Cavier Black 1TB 7200 RPM
Sound Card:HT| Omega Striker

I've order everything except the mobo, Proc, and Graphics as I'm waiting for Ivy Bridge and Kepler to come out and save some money. I also have bought the parts for a custom water cooling loop that I'll be putting together for the video cards and may add the CPU at some point.

Thats some pretty heavy duty stuff, and if you're planning on getting a solid water cooling rig for it, then I don't understand why you wouldn't have the CPU in the loop. If you're already going for a quality rig for GPUs, then I see no sense in having a subpar (compared to a beast water cooling setup) cooler on the CPU, especially when it would only add a CPU water block to the shopping list, not to mention take out the H100.

Its nice if u like a loud case. I'd grab a diff case.
