Bought a 1090t

Found one on Ebay for $150. Swapped out the 965 and ran some tests. I'm able to get 100Mhz more out of the 1090t. Don't really notice any difference. Put my 965 on Ebay and it's already up to $76 with 5 days left on the auction. So no loss. Plus I got to play with an upgrade for 3 days.

Congrats on your 1090T. I've been running a 1055T at 3.6 Ghz for almost 2 years now and couldn't be happier. It's still more performance than I need.

I recently picked up a 960T X4 for my son's rig. It's a Thuban core with 2 cores disabled. Got lucky and was able to unlock it an X6 and overclock to 3.6 as well. I bought it during a sale and had a special promo code at newegg. Ended up paying about $97 for it. Quite the bargain.

Also, newegg is having a 2 day sale on the X6 1045T for $130 with promo code EMCYTZT1461. Sale ends 11:59pm PT on Tuesday, 04/17/2012.

I have a 1055T, still running it stock. Works great. I picked it up last fall with a Gigabyte mATX MB for $129 for both at Microcenter. Couldnt be happier.

My 1090t has been flawless since I got it . Running the 8120 now with 990fx noticeably faster boot and haven't gone over 3.8 w 4.1 turbo yet everything else stock still gonna do the memory and htt next
