This is my new rig I am looking at building I am waiting for ivy bride to hit to possibly swap out for an IB cpu. depending on what the advantages are.
any feed back is welcome and please warn me if i am about to buy something bad.
I am very big on making my rig quiet as possible I hate sitting next to a jet when i am gaming. I am reusing my DVD-R SSD and HD.
I plan on doing very minor OCing via Asus utlity

Reason: Changed cooler due to reviews.
1) As far a quiet goes, the video card you are using is a beast, it's gona get loud when it gets hot. If you can afford it you should get a gpu water cooling kit and mod it yourself.
2)Ivy Bridge is mostly about the intergrated graphics not cpu performance. Most of the reviews claimed no more than 3-10% cpu gains so with the GPU you are listing it shouldn't really matter, buy what ever is available and you will never know the diffrence {Although IB will help lower your Electric bill to some extent}
3)Memory, I know some people disagree with me, but I find that memory tech has gotten so standard that while there is slight gains from one to the other in benchmarks, real world performance is basicaly identical Go with your gut is my only recomendation
4)Nice Rig You should get a nice gaming experiance outa this one. GOOD LUCK
