WTF Ebay only loads in chinese?

Someone help lol!! So I was browsing ebay looking at pellet gun scopes of all things and out of no where I click a listing and....get this it loads in Chinese. Well I think it's Chinese. Now when I try to go to ebay.com it says forbidden or the page chose not to respond.

HELP??

When I click a link in my history I get this:

flush your cookies, delete the history both in the browse and the offline stuff, clear the JAVA (this gets rid of junk too), and run a full scan on the machine.

If that doesn't clear it, then go to another hot-spot internet access, connect there and try getting back to the english. Once done, return to the home network. Things should work then.

I tried all that and I don't think it's my computer. It went back to normal the next day and just did it again. So I went to my wives computer surfed ebay for maybe 3mins and now hers showed up in Chinese and after refreshing will not load ebay. Keep getting that "This website declined...... error 403"

So, in other words, eBay might have been hacked. They are undergoing a patch to fix the hacker hole found in the eBay code maybe?
