HP 8460p vs Dell E6420

I have to pick one of these for my work laptop and they both appear to have near the same specs. The Dell has a keyboard backlight whereas the HP has a built in night light.

Any suggestions?

Close call.

The HP has a 3 yr warranty and a Display Port, it gives it a slight advantage.

I prefer backlight over a night light. The light may cause glare on the monitor.

However, in a business environment, warranty is a necessity.
