Best (extreme) Budget Card

To be honest I really don't care what brand of card it is, BUT:
My card recently fried, no longer works, all hope is lost as I have tried everything to get it to work with no avail.
IT was a Radeon 3600 HD, worth around 50 bucks now if I remember correct.

BUT, I have a very tight budget, and need a new card as I essentially cannot play any games at all with the onboard card.

I have less than 70 dollars to spend. I would like opinions on a card that I could buy that would either perform equally or better than a Radeon 3600 (preferably better).
Also, please no double slot cards, I have a small case that won't fit it.

you should be able to find something to fit your needs here. these will be jumping 3 generations from your present card. you can pick through them to find the those that fit your single slot requirement.

Those HD 6670s will probably be a big upgrade for you, and most of them come with a free copy of DiRT 3. Make sure you get the cards with the faster memory spec.
