Keep restarting the game... haven't had any trouble with the camera yet...

Thinking about buying the Chinese Triad DLC for XCOM. I guess a responsible person would see if the bugs are patched out but I had so much fun with the game before the bugs made it unplayable that I may just get the DLC anyway.

Also, that Skyrim DLC is supposed to be coming out soon for PC. But, off topic.

Gah, X-Com is driving me nuts.

I've luckily had no camera issues (still amazed how well the game blends in, and I thought I had won the game when I discovered the first alien base, sigh) BUT the damn game suddenly refused to see my save files for no apparent reason.

Even created a new user profile to fix the issue and now it's only seeing auto-save file. Not sure what's going on. Can't think of any "hacks" to get it working again.

It's pathetic to be considered a techie nerd and not understanding why the game just suddenly fails to work. I really hope there's some "support". Steam forums have me a bit worried.

Perhaps I'll have to dispute the CC charge as this is absolutely ridiculous!

Most useless rant I found online... Game is soooo amazing... Can't believe they've got this major save game issue. SIGH.

oh, and if someone has a fix for this, please let me know. Perhaps I'm the only one suffering from this issue but the interwebs seems to be full of rants (and yes, I love saving the game compulsively). Grrrrrr.

This better be fixed in 2013!

Is it still there with latest patch? Write to 2K Support if you want. Some things aren't resolved with user workarounds.
