Had the card installed for 3 days and the screens both turned a bright red. Tried rebooting to no avail.

Booted into safe mode and deleted the Nvidia drivers. The system booted up but I could not load any Nvidia drivers.

I exchanged the card and updated to a 4G card.

I was also having a problem with games dropping out. The new card fixed that issue also
