Cheapy Upgrade

Right now my main tower has

AMD Athlon 64 4000+
and
ATI Radeon HD 4650 AGP


I fix computers but to be honest I'm not as much up on the newer CPU/GPUs and much as I used to be, back when I sold them. I mainly deal with people with off the shelf systems all day. So any advice would be nice.

I'm looking at an AMD A8-5600K CPU + ASRock FM2A55M-DGS Motherboard. I can get the combo for about $210 with 8GB RAM and shipping.

I would like to upgrade more, but I can afford it right now.


Question 1.
Even though the A8's HD 7560D GPU is integrated is should still give much better graphics than my current AGP. Right?

Question 2.
I'm a bit fuzzy but does the APU's GPU take RAM as it's own like a dedicated card would use it's own build on memory?

Question 3.
Is this combo the best bang for my buck right now. I want to try SWtOR and MWOnline, but my single core is holding me back. I don't need best right now I just want playable at mid at 1024 or 1280.
