I think the hex color defined for stickies should be changed (to something a bit darker than what it is) to provide a bit more contrast... its hard to tell where the stickies end and the regular posts begin.

that is already in the long mental list of things i have in mind to do as i go. there will be a separator (very small...like in the last version) as well.

Don't you know, Portrait view is the new 'in' thing. (sarcasm)

At least Ryan & team haven't begun recording podcasts and review/feed's with vertical video syndrome.

It sucks that most blogs/news reels these days have such a narrow view, but it is true that smartphone/tablet browsers are the majority consumer of web content these days. I just simply make the browser window the width of the site, which leads to the image below.

Edit: The Wise One: The amount of hard returns in the 'last edited by...' scripting is just too high (looks to be 5 lines). Might need to add that to the mental list too.

Got to say the colors are neat, but like a guy who is far sighted looking at a 13" tv..
I have to cross my eyes to see anything. The site looks so squished up.

Can we regress to the last version ? Looking at this site HURTS !

Oh rats. I left a forum that switched to this narrow format. My laptop doesn't use a mouse, so the tall and narrow requires my fingers to constantly scroll down, down, down, down compared to the old format.

One other point, the envelope icon to the very left of each topic is soooooo big. The posting text is sooooo small. Can it be switched that the envelope icon become smaller to allow more room for the forum topic to be easily readable? This will help greatly.

Sorry for the gripe. Do like this change otherwise. Glad that the colors didn't go Gothic or too dark. That makes it even harder to navigate.

Good feedback still guys, we are listening!

How do you like the newly expanded format with the sponsors bar moved OUTSIDE on the right?

    Much better.

You might wanna keep mention of "sponsors moved outside" on the down low.
