PC Perspective Forums Upgrade Bug/Style Reporting Thread

we have just finished and gone live with our forums upgrade. we upgraded to the latest version of vBulletin and updated the style to match the new site.

the style is basically done but there are a lot of tweaks and visual changes that will be happening over the next couple of weeks. The modifications that you all are used to having have been temporarily disabled until suitable upgrades can be found and installed.

Please use this thread to post anything you come across that you think is a bug or a visual anomaly. i will respond only to this thread when it comes to bug/style issue reporting. if you wish to leave feedback on the new style, please do so in the thread linked below. This thread is only for style and bug reporting and all off topic posts will be removed.

maybe it was a mod installed on the old version. if that is the case...i will just need to find an updated mod. new mods are on the to do list.

Thirded. I miss my AMDMB theme. Maybe such a theme could be wider?

We will make some changes to this one for sizing soon but it might be time to end the amdmb theme as that site went away in 2004.

We've still got quite a few old coots running around and posting that remember those times

Trust me, I remember them well! But, unlike Microsoft, we don't have the resources to keep holding to legacy designs.

I don't know if this is deliberate or a mistake. I did mention it in the Secret Area, but it got overtaken by other issues:

The big logo top left is a link to the main PC Per page in every section except the forums. The same logo links to the forum main page if you are in the forum section of the site.

and in another 30 years or so, we'll be voting on accepting you into the old coots hall of fame.
