Has anyone got 2012 Hyper-V working on a GA-890FXA-UD5, rev 2.1 motherboard?

I installed Windows Server 2012 fine but after installing the Hyper-V role the Server fails to boot error:

Your PC needs to restart
Please hold down the power button
Error code: 0x0000005
...

Any suggestions?
