Unfortunately, my Far Cry 3 install had a little accident (my fault) and I'm redownloading it from Steam to see if that fixes the problem.

More games should have other creatures grab their junk then a bit of melee and fight to whatever end, I guess it should scare the crap out of them if it's from behind and who doesn't like an unexpected scare? An unexpected scare is one of the best things ever.

the MP died anyways because of matchmaking p2p bullcrap instead of a proper server infrastructure.

I hate matchmaking systems. I think its a necessary evil in CS:GO for making it more noob friendly, but it still somehow manages to be effective at times than the old IRC #findscrim method

But for games without that competitive element.. theres really no excuse

Yeah, but CS:GO has matchmaking only for placing players together, then you get an actual dedicated server. None of that player hosted matchmaking bull crap.
