Not sure where to put this so I'll start here.
Older system using a Biostar mATX P4M900-M7 FE and a Pentium Dual Core, running Win7. Have had no problems with anything on this sense the build over a year ago until last week. I've been using all on-board devices then last week I added an old 7300 video card to try and speed it up a bit. It did help. Now when on youtube or news videos the sound is distorted. Sounds choppy and echoes. Does not happen while playing CD's.
Anyone with an idea as to a fix?

uninstall and use ccleaner or your choice of programs to remove remnants of drivers and such, reinstall sound drivers..first choice of doing anything.

Maybe a change of the flash version or sound drivers/settings could fix it .
