Filtering out all the super cheapo PSUs I have come down to:
Enermax Tomahawk2 500W
or
Silverstone Strider ST40F-ES 400W
Which is better? Both PSU designs are over 2 years old, but seem to be the only reasonable brands in this list for a low power PC (this one).
It would be nice to get the Corsair CX430, but all are out of stock.

It does depend on what you are planning to power with it. They are pretty comparable, but I'd go with the Silverstone that has 25 Amps on a single rail vs dual rails at 15 Amps for the Enermax.

I too prefer a Single Rail and Silverstone has a good reputation.
There are advantages to being retarded...and I'm taking advantage of all of them.
