    Something is a foot...

Some have said that Bill Ayers is more than just an acquaintance of Obama and has been in contact with him while in the White House and has been rumored to closer ties. Bill Ayers claims to have ghost wrote Obama’s book Dreams of My Father.

Former under cover FBI agent Larry Grathwohl on Radical Marxist 'Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground's plan to divide and conquer America

In addition they also believe that their immediate focus would be to put down segments of the counter revolution, some segments of the population would need to be incarcerated and put in to re-education programs.

Which leads to an obscure report from 2010...

A Warning And The Report From Moscow

[The warning was written by myself and the report from Moscow was emailed to me]

    by Robert Jones

    -SNIP-

    Report From Moscow

This is the report on the briefing given to the political and military leaders of the Russian government 1-28-10 by a retired flag officer of the US Army in reference to Lt. Gen. Steven Blum Deputy commander NORTHCOM's request for 3 - 4 Brigades of Russian troops pursuint to an agreement between the US and Russia I refered to on the thread Striking Matches.

I had this all written and ready to post at 3:00pm local time 7:00am EST when my laptop CRASHED and I lost everything Grrrrrrr. Please excuse me for not rewriting this as quickly as I would have liked to I was more than a little frustrated.

My ride and escort arrived promptly at 9:00am, after passing through several layers of security and descending 4 stories under the Kremlin to a rather nondescript conference room which looked like it could seat about 30. With a little help from their IT people I was able to connect my laptop to their projector and test the sound system and placed the briefing packets I had brought with me in front of where people would be seated (I was not sure how many people would attend so I made up 30 packets). At 9:40am people started to filter in and the doors were closed at 10:00am, I found it interesting that even here in the depths of the Kremlin armed guards were stationed at both doors.

The briefing proceeded for 45 minutes and with a few exceptions you could have heard a pin drop for the entire presentation, I was a little concerned that is until I finished and asked if there were any questions. For the next 20 minutes the questions came fast and hard until Minister Lavrov asked “Knowing our capabilities as you do and how the American’s would react what would you expect our losses to be if we were to agree to send security forces to America as part of a larger international force?” I paused for a moment and told him that Russia should expect 75% to 80% causalities and that Russian/American relations would be seriously compromised for at least 2 generations.

And that was the end of the briefing, as the people left the room several came up to me before leaving to thank me for coming and making an “interesting and thought provoking” presentation. My wife’s cousin invited me to his office for some coffee and until I arrived I had no idea how far up the chain of command he was (he is a member of the Supreme High Command). We talked for about an hour concerning several aspects of the briefing when he handed me an unmarked file, I sat in total disbelief of what I saw. In my hands was a letter from Department of Homeland Security, Secretary Janet Napolitano officially requesting that the Russian Federation contribute 4 brigades of “Advanced Security Forces” as part of a larger multinational force to assist in quelling domestic violence within the United States of America. The letter was dated September 14, 2009 and signed by Secretary Napolitano.

I think I am going to get drunk tonight.

    end of message----

    Then last year...

Russia Is Sending Troops To The US To Learn American Military Tactics

Russian paratroopers will meet up with American forces next month for an unprecedented military exercise in Colorado, according to RT News.

It's the first time Russian service members will be invited into the United States for a joint drill.

A Russian airborne task force will "exercise with U.S. special service weapons," an announcement by Russian Defense Ministry spokesperson Col. Aleksandr Kucherenko revealed.

The official purpose of the joint training is to practice airborne tactics and anti-terror operations, such as dropping into a hostile area and conducting a "terrorist camp raid."

"Soldiers of the two countries will hold a tactical airborne operation, including reconnaissance of an imaginary terrorists' camp and a raid," said Kucherenko.

It's worth noting the Russians will have access to U.S. military weapons training at the Army's Fort Carson — "Home of America's Best" — ahead of the scheduled May 24-31 drills. They'll also be trained to understand and operate hardware used by U.S. forces in airborne missions including "parachuting, operation planning, reconnaissance, assault operations and evacuations by helicopter."

This announcement comes at a time when Russia actually has troops working in cooperation with China.

A joint naval drill in the Yellow Sea is currently underway, with Xinhuanet reporting the military exercises are focused on sea-to-air defense, anti-submarine warfare, recovery of hijacked vessels and shooting down aerial, maritime and underwater targets.

With 25 vessels and 13 aircraft deployed for the drill, it's reportedly one of the largest Russian-Sino drills in recent history. Xinhuanet reports:

Four Russian warships from the Pacific fleet, including the aircraft carrier Varyag are also participating in the drills. Missile destroyers, missile frigates, missile boats, a support vessel and a hospital ship gathered from China’s side for the drills.

But while Russia and China join forces for this week's Yellow Sea exercise, America isn't standing by idly. The U.S. military is conducting its own annual drills and war games in the Asia Pacific region — much to the displeasure of Chinese officials.

    flikr/III Marine Expeditionary Force/MCI Pacific

Philippines and U.S. Marine Corps service members provide cover during a 2011 boat raid exercise.

Manuel Mogato at Reuters reports U.S. Marines, partnered with Philippine troops, took part in a drill simulating an "assault to retake a small island" — a little too close to reality for China, which has been embroiled in a dispute with the Philippines, and other neighbors, over contested territory around the South China Sea.

Mogato reports China warned that the US-Philippines war gaming would "raise the risk of armed conflict."

But so far there's no official word from Beijing about what it thinks of its Russian ally traipsing over to Colorado next month. Perhaps the Chinese government has a keen interest in the upcoming American-Russian drills and is keeping quiet for the sake of learning something from Russia following the U.S.-hosted exercises at Fort Carson.

Revealed By WikiLeaks: Obama Team Stole Election, And Took Russian Money In 2008

Burton continued with an explosive charge he apparently considered quite believable, The hunt is on for the sleezy Russian money into O-mans coffers. A smoking gun has already been found. Will get more on this when the time is right. My source was too giddy to continue. Can you say Clinton and ChiCom funny money? This also becomes a matter of how and when to out.

This allegation makes some sense of Obama’s reassurances to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev caught by an open mic. Obama said “….but it’s important for him [Putin] to give me space.”

Medvedev responded: “Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you …”

Obama: “This is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility.”

Medvedev: “I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir [Putin]…”

Mikhail Gorbachev: “Our aim is to disarm the Americans and let them fall asleep”

    Judi McLeod

Blame Nancy Pelosi for Russian spies hiding in America

By Judi McLeod Tuesday, June 29, 2010

Why is there any surprise in America that the Cold War never really ended?

When the Soviet Union collapsed on its own misery, Communism struck out for greener pastures in the West. And you can’t get anymore “West” than America.

A place in the sun was being prepared in America for Mikhail Gorbachev, even before he abandoned ship.

This is what Gorbachev told the Politburo in 1989: “Gentlemen, comrades, do not be concerned about all you hear about glasnost and perestroika and democracy in the coming years. These are primarily for outward consumption. There will be no significant change in the Soviet Union, other than for cosmetic purposes. Our aim is to disarm the Americans and let them fall asleep.” (Italics CFP’s).

And disarming America is precisely what Gorbachev went on to successfully do.

It’s not as if if Gorbachev faded into the woodwork after his well celebrated arrival in America.

To this day, he’s an active member of the Maurice Strong, George Soros triumvirate pulling the puppet strings of President Barack Obama.

No one eased the path for Gorbachev’s agenda to close federal military bases around the U.S. more than Nancy Pelosi.

“Pelosi’s involvement in the disposal of federal military surplus land is matched only by Gorbachev, who as founder of Green Cross International (GCI) devised a mechanism for converting American military bases to civilian uses converting the bases over to “global centers for sustainability.”

(Canada Free Press, Nov. 15, 2006).

During her Presidio stint, it is alleged that she was an investor in a real estate investment called Presidio Partners.

Gorby hit the ground running upon his arrival in America. His mission of converting American military bases to global centers for sustainability came just two years after he resigned as president of the Soviet Union on Dec. 25, 1991.

CGI built on the 1992 Earth Summit in rio de Janeiro and supported the implementation of the Summit’s Agenda 21.

It was Nancy Pelosi who patiently shepherded Agenda 21 through Congress.

"Obama Signs 'Agenda 21' Related Executive Order - A Plan for World Government"

On March 29, 1993 she introduced a joint resolution (H.J. RES166) to renew the call for the United States to “assume a strong leadership role in implementing Agenda 21and other Summit agreements”, eventually gathering 67 co-sponsors for her bill, roughly 30 of whom are still in Congress to the present day.

In a speech entitled “From Swords to Plowshares”, delivered in the House of Representatives on June 4, 1992, Pelosi cheered the arrival of Gorbachev to San Francisco’s Presidio as a tenant.

“The National Park Service is actively seeking ideas for programs and tenants at this spectacular site. Last month, former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev visited the Presidio to propose that the Gorbachev Foundation/use be located at the Presidio when the army leaves. In his words, `it is wonderful and symbolic that a military base is being converted for use by the people’.”

“As the cold war ends,” Pelosi continued, “it is, indeed, fitting that this army garrison—one of the oldest in the United States—will be transformed to a monument of peace, environmental preservation and recreation as a global park.”

Less than a year after Pelosi’s fawning words, Gorbachev and his 100% American, pre-funded $3.5 million Gorbachev Foundation moved into a white, shingled bayfront house at the historical Presidio overlooking the Golden Bridge.

This anti-American activist in office was one of Gorbachev’s most useful idiots as far back as 1992.

Now we find that the S.V.R., the successor to the Soviet K.G.B. planted Russian spies in the United States to gather information and recruit more agents.

“On Monday, federal prosecutors accused 11people of being part of a Russian espionage ring, living under false names and deep cover in a patient scheme to penetrate what one coded message called American “policy making circles”. (The New York Times, June 28, 2010).

Al Qaeda-like, the Russian spies had lived for more than a decade in American cities and suburbs from Seattle to New York, “where they seemed to be ordinary couples working ordinary jobs, chatting to the neighbors about schools and apologizing for noisy teenagers”.

The enemy among us, it seems, just came crashing through all conspiracy theories.

The easy road to America for the Russian spy ring busted by the FBI was paved long ago by the likes of Nancy Pelosi.

Too bad treason seems to have gone off the books with Benedict Arnold.

Joint U.S.-Russia military training raises concerns that the U.S. military will increase Moscow threat to friends and allies in Europe

</time>A joint U.S.-Russia military training exercise earlier this year is raising concerns on Capitol Hill that U.S. military cooperation will increase the threat posed by Moscow’s military to friends and allies in Europe.

The two weeks of military exercises in late May included sending 20 Russian troops to Fort Carson, Col., where they held joint exercises in what defense officials called “mountaineering familiarization and parachute” training.

A senior Senate aide said of the exercises: “While I grant that military familiarization does not necessarily confer improved capabilities, Russia is not an ally, and the thing our real allies most fear are small-scale, territorial incursions in the north—like Poland and the Baltics—and the south—like South Ossetia in Georgia.”

The U.S.-Russian Bilateral Presidential Commission stated in its June newsletter that “the training consisted of tasks common to both units: marksmanship, parachute jumps, communications, and medical evacuations.”

“The end result of this program is an improved understanding of how the other foreign military works, thus enhancing the operational effectiveness of allied forces,” the newsletter stated.

The Senate aide said that holding the counterterrorism exercises and describing them as enablers of interoperability with Russia is undermining U.S. efforts to support European allies and states such as the Republic of Georgia, which was invaded by Russian military forces in 2008 during a dispute over Russian claims to the Georgian region of South Ossetia.

The U.S. government, while seeking closer ties with Moscow, is “insulting” Georgia by holding the joint exercises, since the Obama administration remains unwilling to sell the Georgians needed defense equipment and arms and has held very little training joint training with its military, the aide said.

Additionally, the Georgians are “under constant threat from a large-scale Russian military mobilization set for Georgia’s Oct. 1 parliamentary elections,” the aide added.

“The idea that some of these same Russian paratroopers could drop into NATO territory someday is not a fantasy,” the aide said. “What is a fantasy is thinking that they would never have to do it.”

Several NATO allies have questioned the U.S. government about the joint military exercises, U.S. officials said.
The senior aide criticized the exercises as “more of the reset foolishness and weakness,” a reference to the Obama administration’s conciliatory policies toward Russia.

“Why don’t we do more in NATO? I guess Obama has reset that, too,” the aide said.

The Obama administration cancelled plans for a major U.S. missile defense interceptor base in Poland in favor of deploying smaller defenses in an effort to forestall Russian opposition to the defenses.

Russia continues to oppose U.S. and NATO sea-based and ground-based missile defenses in Europe.

In May, weeks before the joint Colorado training, Russia’s chief of the general staff threatened publicly to launch pre-emptive attacks on the European missile defenses unless the United States agreed to Moscow’s demands for reaching a legally binding agreement on missile defense.

Ariel Cohen, a Russia affairs analyst with the Heritage Foundation, said now is not the time for such military exercises with Russia.

Russia has sent military intelligence agents disguised as special forrces soldiers to spy on American troops, tactics, techniques, and procedures, he said.

“Today, Russia, together with Iran and Venezuela is among the troika of the most virulent anti-American countries, not counting Cuba and North Korea,” Cohen said.

“Russia is playing the godfather of Syria and is threatening to aim nuclear tipped missiles on our European allies because their military is still thinking we will deliver the nuclear first strike. This is why they oppose our European missile defense.”

The Russian exercises came weeks before several episodes of Russian military activities that also prompted concerns among Republicans in Congress.

In June, Russia’s military conducted a large-scale strategic bomber exercise in the arctic that included Russian Bear H bombers flying inside the U.S. air defense zone near Alaska. U.S. and Canadian jets were scrambled to intercept the jets.

The exercise, according to U.S. officials, appeared to violate the 2010 U.S.-Russia START arms treaty, which requires Russians to provide advance notice of such bomber exercises. None was given, either in advance or after the war games ended. A Russian military spokesman said the bomber exercises included practice targeting of “enemy” strategic defenses, presumably U.S. missile defense sites in Alaska.

Then, on July 4, another Russian Bear H bomber flew within 100 miles of the West Coast near California prompting a second scrambling of interceptor jets.

U.S. officials called that incursion the closest a Russian strategic bomber has flown to U.S. territory since the Soviet Union collapsed.

U.S. officials then disclosed that a Russian attack submarine sailed undetected in the Gulf of Mexico for several weeks before being spotted outside the Gulf.

The bomber and submarine activities are indications of what U.S. officials have said is growing military aggressiveness by Russia, which has toughened its posture toward the United States because of its opposition to U.S. and NATO plans to deploy missile defenses in Europe.

Pentagon spokesmen did not respond to multiple requests for an explanation of the exercise with the Russians.

Fort Carson military spokesman Lt. Col. Steve Osterholzer in an interview declined to comment on why the exercises were being held, calling it a “political question.”

However, he also said it was the first time Russian troops trained at the base near Colorado Springs with members of his 10th Special Forces Group at the Fort.

The 22 Russians were part of a Russian airborne batallion and were not “spetznaz,” or Russian special forces.

The training grew out of a 2011 U.S.-Russia military agreement on “sharing counterterrorism techniques” and was part of the Army’s recognition that there is a “global society,” Osterholzer said.

The training included “very basic infantrymen’s core tasks,” as well as joint parchute jumps and communications operations.

None of the exercises involved classified information and the Russians were under 24-hour escort, Osterholzer said.
“The whole purpose of this is because we work with lots of other foreign miliaries and we need to have a basic relationship,” he said.

U.S. troops are expected to visit Russia next year for a similar joint exercise, he said.

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and U.S. Northern Command held an exercise in 2010 simulating multinational cooperation in tracking a terrorist hijacking of an airliner.

Other joint U.S.-Russian activities outlined in the presidential commission newsletter included meetings between the U.S. and Russian drug czars in May, and a delegation of senior U.S. Justice Department officials led by Attorney General Eric Holder, who traveled to Russia.

Russia’s government has come under fire in recent weeks over its increasing turn toward dictatorship under President Vladimir Putin.

Three punk rock band members were recently given prison terms for holding a protest in a Russian Orthodox Church.

Then Russia reports it's building up forces for external challenges...

Report: Russia to form National Guard to answer new challenges

    Published: 02 April, 2012, 12:55

    RIA Novosti / Vladimir Astapkovich

TAGS: Military, Russia, Politics, Law, Police

A Russian newspaper reports that the country’s authorities are pondering the creation of a new power agency, the national guard, to fight external and internal threats.

In the article, Nezavisimaya Gazeta daily claims that a source in the Defense Ministry told the authors of these plans, but provided little detail.

It seems there will be National Guard units comprised of Interior Ministry troops (with conscripted soldiers led by police officers – these will be used to guard penal colonies, as well as for crowd control and similar tasks), of servicemen of the Military Forces (including paratroopers, air force, navy and military police), and Emergencies Ministry personnel (fire fighters and rescue workers, all of them contracted professionals).

The newspaper did not explain how these very different units would operate together, and did not elaborate why the force would be known as a national guard – the story did not say anything about its reservist nature.

What the article does say, is that the new force could be headed by the commander of Russia’s Interior Ministry troops, Army General Nikolay Rogozhkin. The authors of the article say earlier media reports that Rogozhkin refused an offer to become Chief of General Staff, confirm this theory.

The article then lists the possible reasons for the creation of the new guard, opening with the fresh experience from the Arab Spring revolutions, which showed that any nation needs a large number of special forces capable of defending the constitutional order against armed opposition...

    ~snip~

The newspaper’s source gave the planned strength of the National Guard as about 350-400 thousand, with 80 percent of all servicemen contract soldiers.

Now FEMA comes into the picture...

Russian Troops To Provide Security At U.S. Event

    02 July 2013 | Issue 5160

Russian officials will provide security at mass events in the U.S. as part of a deal signed last week between the Emergency Situations Ministry and its U.S. equivalent, the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Representatives of both agencies arrived at an agreement during last week's 17th Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations, but the move has been met with some concern from those wary of foreign troops operating on U.S. soil, Infowars.com reported Monday.

"The parties approved of U.S.-Russian cooperation, which envisages the exchange of experience including in monitoring and forecasting emergency situations, training of rescuers, development of mine-rescuing and provision of security at mass events," the ministry said in a statement.

Under the terms of the new deal, Russian troops could be deployed at "National Special Security Events," as determined by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Events that have been awarded this status in the past include the Super Bowl, international summits such as the G8 and presidential inaugurations.

Russian troops trained on U.S. soil for the first time last year when 22 army paratroopers visited Colorado for a fortnight's training with the 10th Special Forces Group at Fort Carson.

EXPOSED: Russian Troops On US Soil To Aid FEMA

Written by: Tara Dodrill Current Events July 2, 2013 3 Comments

Russian troops on American soil are supposedly only here to offer “assistance” to FEMA during emergencies and disasters. According to media reports, 15,000 Russian troops have been requested by the Obama administration for this “training” exercise on American soil.

Russian troops began carrying out joint anti-terrorism drills in America last May. US Defense Press Officer Commander Wendy L. Snyder had this to say about the Russian soldiers on US military bases:

“This is part of a formal bilateral exchange program between the US and Russia that seeks to develop transparency and promote defense reform.”
Transparency has been the keyword of choice for the Obama administration—which has been anything but. When approximately 20 airborne Russian troops arrived at Fort Carson in Colorado last year, it was the first time soldiers from the country had ever engaged in military training on American soil. The foreign soldiers supposedly were trained on how to target terrorists in America.

The existence of Russian troops in America has bolstered both concern and anger about United Nations-prompted global peacekeeping force. Representative of both President Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin met last week in Washington, D.C. The meeting was a part of the Russian Bilateral Presidential Commission Working Group on Emergency Situations and seventeenth meeting of Joint US-Russian Cooperation Committee.

A press release issued by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense stated that both countries are now cooperating in an exchange of experts for “joint rescue operations” purposes. The group of Russian soldiers reportedly includes trainers, rescuers, and military security teams.

An excerpt from the Russian ministry release reads:

“The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and the USA Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are going to exchange experts during joint rescue operations in major disasters. This is provided by a protocol of the fourth meeting of the U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission Working Group on Emergency Situations and seventeenth meeting of Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations, which took place in Washington on 25 June.

The document provides for expert cooperation in disaster response operations and to study the latest practices. In addition, the parties approved of U.S.-Russian cooperation in this field in 2013-2014, which envisages exchange of experience including in monitoring and forecasting emergency situations, training of rescuers, development of mine-rescuing and provision of security at mass events.”

The Russian ministry release goes on to state that both the governmental parties involved were satisfied with the level of cooperation between the two nation and expressed a combined desire to develop the emergency response necessary to efficiently respond to “all kinds of disasters.” Would civil unrest due to a continued disrespectful attitude towards the Constitution and the usurping of our guaranteed rights constitute the type of emergency or disaster which would garner a response by Russian troops?

When Russian soldiers first appeared within the United States last year, Captain William Geddes of the US Army Reserve deemed the situation illegal under the Posse Comitatus Act. Violation of the federal act was also called into question during the Waco compound stand-off two decades ago. Captain Geddes stated that it is against federal statute to use American troops for police patrols. He considers the potential use of foreign troops an even further perversion of the Posse Comitatus Act.

If Russian troops are ever deployed on American soil to aid in a natural or man-made disaster, it does seem like an outright violation of the intent of the Posse Comitatus Act.

What would happen if a United States citizen was given an order to disperse or evacuate by a foreign soldier and refused to adhere to the instruction? I would quickly move as legally directed to do so by a police officer, firefighter, or American soldier, but would give no credence at all to a similar order from a foreign soldier.

A renewed look at the US Department of State Publication 7277 was prompted as rumors about Russian troops in America began circulating. The document was released in 1961, but went viral only recently.

An excerpt from the “Disarmament Series 5” report reads:

“A strenuous and uninterrupted effort must be made toward the goal of general and complete disarmament; at the same time, it is important that specific measures be put into effect as soon as possible. The control organization must have the manpower, facilities, and effectiveness to assure that limitations or reductions take place as agreed. It must also be able to certify to all states that retained forces and armaments do not exceed those permitted at any stage of the disarmament process.”

The decades old US Department of State publication goes on to state that international peace-keeping efforts will only be successful through a series of progressive strengthening of international institutions under the United Nations. The report also suggests that a United Nations Peace Force be used to enforce peace as the disarmament process progresses.

The Freedom From War portion of the governmental report reads:

“The over-all goal of the United States is a free, secure, and peaceful world of independent states adhering to common standards of justice and international conduct and subjecting the use of force to the rule of law; a world which has achieved general and complete disarmament under effective international control; and a world in which adjustment to change takes place in accordance with the principles of the United Nations. The elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining internal order.”

The FEMA training of Russian troops also has some concerned about foreign soldiers being used as a security force at public events. The wording of the release by the Russian ministry appears to some to suggest that happenings designated as “National Special Security Events” by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) could now utilize foreign soldiers as a party of the safety detail. Events which reportedly fall under such a heading could include the Super Bowl, presidential inaugurations, the G8 and other international summits.

The United States boasts the best trained fighting force in the entire world. We do not need and should not be forced to rely on foreign troops to aid FEMA during any type of emergency. If the need for more boots on the ground truly exists, then President Barack Obama should bring soldiers home from the multitude of bases we still operate (at quite an extensive expense) around the globe. Perhaps some of the countries which we have been taking care of since World War II could learn to stand on their own two feet, defensively speaking, if we brought our men and women home to better protect our own nation.

FEMA Signs “Exchange” Deal With Russian Government

    Written by Alex Newman

Following outrage and controversy last year over the Obama administration’s unprecedented decision to invite Russian troops for terror drills on U.S. soil, the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is now under fire for signing more agreements to “cooperate” with Vladimir Putin’s Russian “Emergencies Ministry” (EMERCOM) in a wide array of fields. Among the controversial deals outlined in an official Russian press release: exchanging of “experts” and “experience,” “provision of security at mass events,” and “cooperation in disaster response operations.” Critics of the scheme reacted with a mixture of fury and deep concerns.

After the news was picked up in the alternative media, it quickly went viral, stirring widespread fears that Russian forces could be deployed inside the United States under the bogus guise of “security.” Officials from both governments rushed to deny the speculation, trying to downplay the agreements as merely routine international collaboration. However, it remains unclear why the American people would need or want any sort of “assistance” from the Russian government, which, despite the supposed fall of communist tyranny, is still widely regarded as a lawless gangster regime.

According to government press releases and statements by officials, the latest agreement between the Department of Homeland Security’s FEMA and the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry provides for “expert cooperation in disaster response operations” and further “study” of latest practices. “In addition, the parties approved of U.S.-Russian cooperation in this field in 2013-2014, which envisages exchange of experience including in monitoring and forecasting emergency situations, training of rescuers, development of mine-rescuing and provision of security at mass events,” continued a statement released by EMERCOM after the summit, adding that the level of cooperation between the two governments would continue to develop.

Apparently, protecting the planet from potential threats from space was on the agenda as well. "We have decided that the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Russia's Emergencies Ministry will work together to develop systems to protect people and territory from cosmic impacts," claimed Russian “Emergencies Minister” Vladimir Puchkov in a statement to journalists. "I believe we can make a technological breakthrough in this area if the Emergencies Ministry and FEMA supervise this project, attracting the finest minds and research groups including in Canada, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia."

The extra-constitutional “agreements” were inked late last month in Washington, D.C., at the fourth annual meeting of the so-called “U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission Working Group on Emergency Situations.” The shady outfit, formed under the Obama administration, is one of almost two dozen similar “working groups” bringing together top U.S. and Russian officials. The bodies are cooperating on everything from the drug war and agriculture to terror, science, “rule of law,” health, environment, energy, nuclear issues, education, culture, media, business, arms control, and more, according to the U.S. State Department. The Senate has not ratified any of the international deals, as required by the Constitution.

“The [Emergency Situations] Working Group promotes enhanced U.S.-Russia cooperation in the field of emergency management,” the State Department says online about its controversial scheme. “In partnership with a wide range of U.S. and Russian agencies, including the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and EMERCOM, the U.S. Departments of State, Homeland Security, Defense, FEMA, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) have conducted many joint-exercises, exchanges, and conferences with the goal of sharing best practices and improving emergency response capabilities.”

News about the most recent round of agreements between FEMA and EMERCOM first went viral after being reported by the alternative site Infowars, which has readership numbers that dwarf more than a few establishment media sources. Citing the EMERCOM government press release, reporter Paul Joseph Watson said the agreements suggested that some major public events in the United States could rely in part on authorities from Russia to provide security. As the report pointed out, that would be a violation of federal law — not to mention the Constitution.

Commenting on the FEMA deal with Russian authorities, popular conservative talk-radio host Michael Savage called for the arrest of responsible U.S. officials. “You know who FEMA is — don't you? — the people with the camps ready for you," he said on July 1, also suggesting that Russian troops would be providing “security” at events in the United States in violation of Posse Comitatus restrictions. Throughout the segment on the U.S.-Russia agreements, Savage continually referred to the Obama administration as a criminal regime that needed to be stopped...

Re: Obama, FEMA and 15,000 Russian troops here ....

    Article continued...

“Many people fear that this government is getting ready for some major action against the people, they think that this gang that targeted its political enemies through the IRS and the NSA is getting ready to use foreign troops on our soil who will not hesitate to shoot to kill," he continued. “This is illegal. Whoever signed it for the U.S. government should go to prison... This is what's emerged under this criminal administration... Obama is a gangster — he's running the country like he's a gangster commander."

The New American reached out to FEMA and other relevant U.S. agencies for comment through multiple channels, but officials did not respond to repeated requests. Instead, a spokesman for FEMA tried to downplay the bilateral “agreements” in a statement offered to Kremlin-funded media outlets, saying there would be "no exchange of security or military personnel" under the latest bilateral arrangement. "The agreement continues information-sharing meetings and observation opportunities with first responders and emergency managers," the unidentified FEMA spokesman claimed, adding that the dubious “partnership” between U.S. and Russian authorities existed for 17 years.

In the 1950s, congressional investigator Norman Dodd was tasked with investigating the subversive activities of major tax-exempt foundations. As part of the project, Dodd said he spoke with Ford Foundation President Rowan Gaither, who reportedly told him that the immensely powerful institutions were working under White House directives. “The substance of the directives under which we operate is that we shall use our grant-making power to so alter life in the United States that we can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union,” Gaither is widely quoted as having told Dodd.

Indeed, more than a few independent researchers came to similar conclusions. The Infowars report about the FEMA agreements, for example, cites State Department Publication 7277. Entitled Freedom From War: The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World, this document was presented by the Kennedy administration to the United Nations in 1961. Long quoted by the John Birch Society and other opponents of world government, it outlines the official U.S. government policy to progressively disarm the world while strengthening the United Nations and the capabilities of its armed forces. The eventual goal, in essence, is to create a global government under the UN with a monopoly on force that would merge the “Free World” with the countries already enslaved under communist dictatorships.

While cooperation between Western governments and U.S. administrations has been steadily increasing since the supposed collapse of the communist Soviet Union, President Obama has increased the depth and scope of that “partnership” to unprecedented levels. Among the most stunning examples of Obama’s cozy relationship with Russian authorities: telling then-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that after the 2012 election he would have “more flexibility,” continually praising the Russian government while cutting back America’s nuclear arsenal, defying Congress and federal law to send U.S. taxpayer money to the Russian military, inviting Russian troops to Colorado for terror drills, and more.

Of course, the controversial agreements between FEMA and EMERCOM make up just one small piece of the larger puzzle and the big picture. As The New American has documented extensively, the plan to foist a dictatorial one-world government on humanity has been in the works for many decades — likely more than a century, at least. Cooperation between the U.S. government and Russian authorities would obviously be central to the scheme. In recent years, the troubling trends have been accelerating quickly, and without a major outcry by the American people, there will be little standing in the way of the global establishment’s sinister plot.

Not sure what you're having difficulty grasping about the Russian “Emergencies Ministry” (EMERCOM) agreements with the Obama Administration.

I smell a Matt Drudge wannabe.

As another election draws near; the G.O.P. are yet again filled with a stupid confidence that the they will win the White House. What they don't realize about people like Trump, Carson, and Cruz is that their rhetoric only resonates within an echo chamber, but not the American people. They live in an illusion of falsehood and distorted truth and only seek information and opinions that confirm these beliefs and instantly reject anything that contradicts them because only their opinions matter. Their notion of freedom is freedom for themselves and those alike to them, but not the rest of the country which has changed.
These are the reasons why the G.O.P is set to lose in 2016. And when that happens, rest assured that they will have myriad of conspiracy theories blaming everyone and everything from the liberal media, to Oprah, to welfare moms, and pretty much everyone but their own disgusting selves.

I can't speak for him, but I grasp it just fine: in the event of a really huge catastrophe (like, say, a meteor impact) which overwhelms the resources of one of the two most power countries on Earth, the other will help out. In either direction - you don't seem worried that 15k US troops might land in Russia? That's it. The rest has not been filtered out by your tinfoil hat.
