    Water Cooling?

I am looking to get into water cooling, cpu only at the moment, and am a complete noob at it. Can I get some recommended "entry" level cooling options from the cooling experts here? Cool.

would like to keep it under $200, something proven also. I AM a little nervous about mixing water and electronics.

Don't worry a good closed loop wont leak.

Years ago with first gen CoolITs were known for leaking but the new generation corsairs, antecs, etc... are pretty safe

In any case here check this out:

Its what I was considering, it had bigger pump and waterblock then the popular corsair H100s

Yeah you have to have room on top of case for the radiator.

I will most likely get this cooler in next upgrade. My case has both 120mm and 140mm screw holes on top.

Make sure yours does as well.

Honestly I don't see the need to spend close to $200 for a CLC. There are many excellent designs on sale for well below $100 all the time. I had a thread in Hot Deals for one last month.

Speaking of good prices on decent CLC's, check out the Antec Kuhler 920 at NCIX for $50!

yeah $200 is my ceiling, if I can get a good setup for half, or less, then I win. I just need something noob friendly for my first w/c attempt.

    Cool Re: Water Cooling?

The one I use seems to be about the best on the market at a reasonable price, the Corsair H100i

I bought the H110i and the H110 for a new build in a Corsair Air 540, I went with the H100i and now have the H110 for sale or backup whichever happens first.

I preferred using 120 mm fans on the H100i which is quieter than the 140 mm fans of the H110,

That's what fan controllers are for
