I have a 750GB Gen2 Momentus XT drive in my laptop.

Is there a problem running the drive with a C: and D: partition? I wouldn't think that there would be, but I wasn't sure if the firmware that governs the caching would get confused somehow.

I've been running in this configuration for a few weeks and it seems like I may not be seeing as much benefit as I should be from the drive. There are times that it seems like the performance is worse than the 320GB drive it replaced.
