Dell Precision 530 4gb support on x86 system?

The dell precision 530 is an x86 dual xeon system and support 4gb ram bus.

My question is why? or can PAE be enabled in software of windows 7 x86 so the OS will get to use all 4gb?

    Thanks

I wonder why they would allow 4gb support with risers yet it won't work no matter what...

I have yet to add riser boards but would like to throw the dual 3Ghz Xeon's and 4gb Rambus, 8-port sata raid pci-x 64bit card, and a pci-x 64bit to pci express x16 adapter... Throw 4 RAID0'ed SSD's, 4gb ram, win7 x86 ultimate, gtx 460 or something hahaha

I'm opening another thread on x64 based 4gb discussion...

    Thanks
