25-man raid for Warlords of Draenor - PC Build - Help

I want to max this out for 1080 screen playing [If I need to go higher let me know.]

I was hired to build a pc for the game. I need some help as I here 25-man raids are harder on the hardware then the Minimum system requirements.

Any info thank you.

Starting with nothing going for a full system.

$$$ Up to 1K Cheaper is fine with me if it works.

For the 1000.00 do you need to include the monitor,keyboard,mouse, OS ?

Warcraft doesn't require crazy powerful hardware, so What else will this PC be used for ?

Do you have a preference AMD/Intel/Nvidia? Most guys I raid with are running i5s and either 79xx or 670+ cards, with 8gb of ram.
