    Re: [Console] I bought a Wii U!

The word from my daughter is Mario 3D World is a pretty good game. It's a really nice looking game and a lot of fun to play.

There is certainly no shortage of coinage in Mario 3D World. So much they resorted to stacking them LOL.

Buu had previously told me that Yoshi was OP so he agrees

So my daughter has beaten Mario 3D World and is playing through parts of it again but I noticed she often plays it on the Wii U Gamepad in bed. Pretty cool feature that I thought was more of a gimmick but I guess not.

That sort of makes me curious as too how the Wii U would have done in sales if the gamepad had 3d like the 3ds has....with wider viewing angles of course, i would love to see it get something like that in a generation or two!

Neat idea. People have different opinions about the 3D. Some like it. Some don't. Preference I guess.

My daughter continues her Pikmin obsession ... picked up Pikmin 2 for the Wii on ebay. Already had it but the disk had problems and it wouldn't play consistently.

I've been playing a lot of Super Smash Bros.

Initially, I was playing Zero Suit Samus almost exclusively. Apart from the ... obvious... she was actually a really easy character to use effectively against the AI. I used Yoshi and Olimar as well, but they seemed a lot slower and harder to use.

I got a bit better with Yoshi though. And I started using Toon Link and Pac-Man. Both are really easy to get started with

Wow, what a premium ENTHUSIAST's grade experience is Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.

I swear, it is like Nintendo found out how to manufacture perfection and put it on a disc.

Industry leading exploration, stealth, and evasion elements. AAA coin-collecting simulation as well.

And the "Coins Galore" section? Almost too enjoyable and should possibly be banned!
