My Intel I7 4770K with an H100i for cooling, ran at average temps between 84C and 100C with the majority of the temps in the upper 90s during a recent stress test. Should I be worried?

Corsair Link says my pump is still running at 2173 rpm. Currently, my cpu is at 46.5C.
46c idle and 90~100c load with a running pump.. reseat it.

I would check the pump, it sounds liek it isn't circulating the fluid inside of it. Also, it is very possible your fluid may have leaked out slowly without you noticing. Make sure there is still something in the tubes.
either pump or mount is bad.
could be a bad processor
My 4770K at idle / web browsing with only an H50 is 31-32C. With the h100 it should be equal or better than that I would reckon. One thing I did do was switch from the Corsair TIM that came with it to Gelid GC EXtreme though ... so I'd pull the CPU and check for good contact, and if nothing else, re-paste.

I RMD'd it for pump failure. I switched to Air cooling and am fine. I also have a brand new, unopened H100i. Ill prolly sell it.
