    PC Matic

Has Anyone dealt with PC Matic (formaly PCPitStop). They sound like a good deal of $50 a year for 5 PCs.
Are they a scam now or do they perform as on their webstie says. My HP Laptop is running slow and didn't know if
they would be able to speed it up. Just looking for a little info on them.

Yeah, I wouldn't. It's most likely not legitimate. The commercial itself looks like a joke to me; they say PCMatic something like 20 times in one of them (I counted). They're full of BS and I wouldn't trust it... get something like CCleaner for temporary files and registry cleaning, that should do you good. I had a friend who cleaned up 5GB of space from the temporary file cleaner... whoosh! However, just be careful because on occasions it has seemed to be the cause of my and my dad's HP printer drivers screwing up (registry part).

(Also, just out of curiosity, has anybody heard that the WinZip Registry and Antivirus stuff is any good? It sounds like it should be reputable being part of WinZip (or is it? lol) but it doesn't look the part if you know what I mean.)
