Windows 7 not seeing my wireless adapter on boot-up !

I am at wits end. Only sees it if I unplug it and re-plug it into USB. Tried EVERYTHING.
Uninstalled driver , uninstalled wireless utility and reinstalled all.
Always shows as "OK" in the driver area. Every time I boot Windows I have to do this.
It was working when I had my old video card that went bad over time (Radeon 5850)
I can only afford a GT 740 right now so I installed and am super-happy with the performance per dollar ($95) and the STABILITY.
No video issues AT ALL !
But all of a sudden my TP Link wireless adapter won't load on boot-up , until I unplug and re-plug....HEEELP !!!
Restore no help. Will re-install Windows if I have to , but what a pain THAT will be : (

Thanks for the advice. Looked at forums , others having issues too. Tried all the suggestions , but nothing helps.
Contacted TP Link gave me an RMA # but have to wait to be contacted in one day.
If I decide to go with better brand , any suggestions ? Always used Netgear or D-Link in the past ; )
