    Wanting to require admin password

    Hello, I've a nice little problem for my first post on here!

    I would like to require a regular user to have an admin password to do things like add software, etc. I know how to start the built in admin account in Win 7. But I would like to prevent the user also from using programs like disk clean up, defrag and other system tools if the user doesn’t have the admin password. I believe the proper setting is in Local Policies/Security Options, I just don't know where. Any help would be great!

    I am not sure of any such thing that you are talking about. Either the user is a guest or an admin with complete rights. Not sure if anything works in between.
