Cool video card upgrade, need some good advice!

Hello everyone... been a long time since I posted here, thought I'd come back and say hi!

I'm looking for a decent $150-200 upgrade for my video card.

    My current system:
    AMD Phenom II X4 965
    Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
    16GB G.skill DDR3 (PC3-12800)
ASUS Radeon HD 7850, 2GB, powering 3 monitors (2 DVI, one DisplayPort with active adapter)

I've been a bit out of the hardware loop lately, and with all the numbers and parts floating around I'm having a hard time trying to decide what is 'better' than what I have.

I'd like to stay AMD, and the three monitor output is a must-have.

    Thanks in advance!

thanks IAmGhostDog, I'll check it out. Now I know what I'm shooting for. Question tho - is my motherboard's lack of PCIEx 3.0 going to hurt me?

R9 380 is a great card for the price. Doesn't get too hot, is pretty quick in everything, and doesn't cost a fortune. PCI-E 3.0 is not a big deal as long as you have PCI-E 2.0.
