    Battlefield 1 min/recommended specs released

If nothing else, they're worth a laugh. Obviously it will run easily on something much slower than the "minimum" specs. Plus, the difference in performance between the minimum AMD CPU and the minimum Intel CPU is very large.

I presume you mean the minimum Intel CPU spec? Yea, thats why its so laughable. Effectively the min CPU spec is probably equivalent to the "recommended" level... the difference hyperthreading delivers being 10-15% under favorable conditions. The other funny aspect is that a 6600K is dramatically faster than the AMD FX 6350 listed as the minimum AMD CPU, and also substantially faster than the FX 8350 listed as a "recommended" spec.

Intel spec drama aside I can say that the recommended specs for AMD seem in the ballpark. On a 8350 and 290x (a little faster than the 480) I averaged mid 40's on ULTRA and upper 50's on HIGH in the BF1 beta. Additional game and driver optimizations will probably boost performance a bit higher.
