Defamation case? Not the one Michael Avenatti filed without her knowledge or consent?

Stormy can just setup a GoFundMe page on Facebook or borrow it from Christine Ford...

Maybe the Fabulous Sphincter Brothers can take up a collection...

    Re: President Trump

just so many branches to the trump tree.

A ‘loud gong’: National Enquirer’s surprise deal could imperil Trump

But the disclosure might just be scratching the surface. Based on court documents and a plethora of media reports, Trump and his aides have worked for years with the tabloid to kill incriminating stories. AMI’s CEO David Pecker also had a decades-long copacetic friendship with Trump.
In the document released Wednesday, AMI confirmed that it paid a woman $150,000 in “cooperation, consultation and concert” with Trump’s campaign to ensure she “did not publicize damaging allegations about that candidate before the 2016 presidential election and thereby influence the election.”
Barbara McQuade, a former U.S. Attorney from Michigan, said the immunity deal “suggests that witnesses other than Cohen are providing information to [special counsel Robert] Mueller about Trump.”

“A corporation can act only through its officers and employees, so one or more officers or employees of AMI appear to be providing information to Mueller about the payoffs at issue,” she added. “This could mean that additional subjects could be charged, including Trump, for conspiracy or solicitation of a campaign finance violation.”
“It’s sort of a favor bank where he can say to the president — I have an arsenal of stories that I have kept out of print, so these scandals never saw the light of day,” the editor said.

Once in the White House, Trump hosted a July 2017 dinner for Pecker and his guest, a French businessman with ties to the royal family in Saudi Arabia, according to The New York Times. At the time, the newspaper reported that Pecker was trying to expand his media and events businesses in Saudi Arabia.

AMI’s CEO David Pecker ... LOL .... you must be kidding with a name like that he’s perfect for slut-shaming and payoffs. Now all they have to prove is the money came from Trump’s campaign. Paying a bimbo to be silent isn’t against the law by any means... David Pecker...

either your lying or ........ of the facts, neither of which are anything to be proud of.

    https://www.cnn.com/2018/12/12/polit...ntv/index.html

Earlier Wednesday, President Donald Trump's former longtime attorney and fixer, Michael Cohen, was sentenced to three years in prison for crimes including campaign finance violations and tax evasion. Cohen implicated the President in August when he pleaded guilty in federal court and said that "in coordination and at the direction of a candidate for federal office," he had kept information that would have harmed Trump from becoming public during the campaign.

"They now have the President as an unindicted co-conspirator for campaign finance laws, breaking campaign finance laws," Heck told CNN.

The last time I checked “Implicated” isn’t a crime nor is assumptions or projects... If they were you and TT would be in the prison cell next door to mine...

    Re: President Trump

this is from your often quoted fox entertainment celebrity judge napolitano.

Fox News’ Judge Napolitano: We Now Know Trump ‘Committed a Felony’

For clarity on that, you would have had to wait a couple of hours until anchor Shepard Smith invited the reliably frank Judge Andrew Napolitano on his afternoon news hour to explain just how bad the day’s news was for Trump.

“We’ve learned that federal prosecutors here in New York City, not Bob Mueller and his team in Washington, D.C., career prosecutors here in New York City, have evidence that the president of the United States committed a felony by ordering and paying Michael Cohen to break the law,” the judicial analyst said. “How do we know that? They told that to a federal judge.”

“Under the rules, they can’t tell that to a federal judge unless they actually have that hardcore evidence,” he continued. “Under the rules, they can’t tell that to a federal judge unless they intend to do something with that evidence.”

Now those same federal prosecutors have entered into an agreement with AMI, the National Enquirer’s parent company, “which ties a bow on all of this,” Napolitano added, “which connects the dots between the payments to the two women who claim they had intimate relationships with the president, and the line running through all of that is the president himself.”

“Prosecutors have told us through these filings that they have evidence that the president committed a felony?” Smith asked his guest.

“The felony is paying Michael Cohen to commit a felony,” Napolitano concluded. “It’s pretty basic.”

    Re: President Trump

The Trump inauguration is now being criminally investigated

President Trump has yet another federal investigation to worry about.

Prosecutors in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) are looking into the president’s inaugural committee, the Wall Street Journal’s Rebecca Davis O’Brien, Rebecca Ballhaus, and Aruna Viswanatha reported Thursday.

Investigators are said to be interested in the inaugural committee’s spending, and into potential corruption involving favors for its donors. The Journal team reports that the criminal probe stems at least in part from material found during the FBI’s raids on Michael Cohen’s residence and office in April.

Even before this, multiple outlets reported earlier this year that special counsel Robert Mueller was investigating potential Russia-tied donations to the inaugural committee. But this news is the first confirmation of a broader probe into the inauguration and its money.

Rick Gates — the former Trump aide who helped run the inaugural committee and struck a plea deal with Mueller in February — has also been cooperating with SDNY prosecutors, the Journal reports.

The news shouldn’t come as a surprise. There have long been many glaring questions about the money behind Trump’s inauguration and where, exactly, it went.
