Corsair Raptor HS40 with Xonar essence sound card

Hi,
I need help and I'm not sure if it's possible what I want to achieve.I bought a Corsair Raptor HS40 headset USB 7.1 and currently have Xonar essence st card in my Pc. I have been using my sound card with Astro headsets and they packed up so I decided to buy Corsair HS40.
My problem is the Raptor HS40 is USB and my sound card Xonar doesn't allow that configuration how can I setup these two together?

Short answer, not possible.

The USB interface shows up as another sound card to the PC.
