How can I know sound quality on a video card?
16/24 / 32BIT?
44.1 / 48/88/96/192 KHZ?

At first I didn't understand your question, but now that I thought about it, that's actually a really good idea.
My only caveats is that each GPU is different so YMMV.
Also, I'd hate to add one more thing to the long list of testing that Ryan and crew already perform...but I really like the idea.

If you've never done a sound quality test for a video card
How do you know the sound quality that goes through?
Who said quality components?
The Truth Behind High-Res Audio

A lot of the hardware does not transfer 24 / 96KHZ
Notice that there are 2 logos for hardware and sound on disk
Receivers who cost $ 2000/3000 do not make High-Res Audio
So a video card that comes up does transfer?
Who checked?
Where does the High-Res Audio logo to hardware ?
Re: why not do a sound quality test for a video card ?
Ok, I did misunderstand the question - I thought you were referring to noise level, not sound quality. Not sure why I did...you say sound quality...I guess the graphs got me thinking otherwise.
Disregard my comments.
