    New Build Won't Post

I finished installing all the hardware in my new computer this afternoon and have run into problems. The new parts is as follows.

    Corsair HX 850i psu
    Asrock x370 Taichi
    Rysen x1800
    Corsair DDR4-3200 16 gb
    Asus Strix 1070 gtx
    Corsair h100 v2 water cooling
    SB AE-5
Samsung SSD 850 Evo 500 gb
    Corsair 450R Obsidian case

My problems are these. The computer will start, but I get no signal from the 1070 to my monitor. The computer will stop after a few moments and then restart. Post code is showing either 46 or 4b. Things I have tried are starting with only one stock of ram and I have tried clearing the cmos a number of times.

First, thanks for your quick reply. From the link you sent me it appears that the memory slots in my motherboard are dead. That means the board goes back to Microcenter. Thinking some bad words. Thanks for your help, CMB.
