It's a PCIe card and the motherboard has a PCIe interface (even if the interface is old e.g. PCIe 1.0, a gfx card supporting PCIe 2.0 or 3.0 standard should be backwards compatible). Naturally there is always the minimal chance for some exotic incompatibility problem with any two pieces of hardware, but you should be fine.
