Worth the upgrade?

I have been thinking of upgrading my GPU but the performance increase would only be about 30%. That seems low, would i even notice that?

Depends on

a) The current card and the card you are looking to replace it with (if the new one runs a nbetter version of DirectX, for example)

b) What you use the card for. Gaming and video editing are the only places where you will spot a difference, so if you don't game or edit videos then you are probably fine. Gaming in particular will probably benefit, buy being able to run higher settings, which will look prettier etc.
