PCI3 Video card recommendation

currently have Nvidia GeForce GTX 550Ti, and I think it is about to die. Recommendation for a replacement. I'm not a gamer but I do use Photoshop with large files, sometimes as a large as one gig alone.

what kind of budget do you have?

300-400 ish

Photoshop is doing all the work in RAM and CPU, so the gfx card isn't that important. I'm personally an nVidia man, so I'd say best 20xx series card you can afford. You might also consider an older 10xx-series, as the differences are really gaming stuff. I'm a foreigner, so I can't go any further as I don't know US prices.
