Ryzen 5 3600 vs 3600x vs 7 3600

Pricing is a little weird on these right now

3600 is $5 difference with the 3600x. Why do people seem to highly recommend the 3600 more?

and How does it compare to the 7's below the 3700x like the 2700 etc.

trying to pull the trigger on a Cpu but I want to keep that cost below $200.
