Look what the house fairy left Me Guys.

I have a New Sink, Ice Maker and an RO Filter, But of course the faucet needs to be replaced as It's not able to have the filter and the ice maker hooked up as a part needs replacing(The faucet's cracked and so the Hot water is turned off, Otherwise It would leak), But on or about the 1st of August I'll get a Delta to fix It(for another $39.98, Like below) and that will be that.

When 21 year faucets fail even partly, It's nearly time to replace them I'd think.

Well there are No Leaks here, So far I still have to get a couple of parts for the Kitchen of course, Like a new or at least a fully working faucet w/a sprayer that I can hook the aquariums fill & no spill hose into(I have No hot water in the Faucet right now), I also need to get a 20" 1/2"FIP x 1/2"FIP Faucet Connector(supply line/hose) and a 1/4" Quick Connect T Fitting(for the RO Filter) and then the under sink hardware in the Kitchen will be done, August is going to be a bit busy, But before that UPS will deliver 100lbs of Estes Blue Jean gravel for the aquarium, a Coralife powerstrip for the aquarium(for the lights and stuff) and 1ea New jeans/pants(www.kingsizedirect.com) already pre-hemmed that may already be at the Post Office waiting for Me. Right now I'm dodging Thunderstorms out here, It rained a bit today and turning PC3 back on lowered the humidity a bit, I've got to work on PC2 and clean It out soon.

Oh the brass valve there is the input for the RO Filter(Blue line) and the Ice Maker, The Valve connects to the white T on the left side of the T where there is an empty spot. The 2 valves in the right picture is the output of the RO filter(Blue lever/Chrome Valve) and the Red Valve is to shut off the house water from the water softener.

Looks like a workable setup, Joker. Forgive my density, but what is an RO filter?

Looks like fun, Scruff! I'm gettin' ready to head out to Shasta at the end of the week... gonna do a mountain photo tour on the way down. I really haven't been shooting much this year with the bum shoulder, but I really want to fill the cards this time. Seems I'm always carrying the camera, but I look later and I don't take the shots. Very bad habit.

UB... sorry to hear the pain... hope it's gone in the mornin' 'nStuff.

Your Density is forgiven Young Fluff, RO stands for Reverse Osmosis Filter and that link ought to be of help, Simply put It will remove the last traces of any unwanted contaminants(salts, metals, etc) from My water so that the Fish will have really pure Fresh Water to live in.

    Evening all!

I got back in earlier today after spending the weekend up at a friend's cottage.

On the way back I decided that I should take a different way home. I didn't feel like traveling down the expressway any longer then I needed, so I traveled the first 100kms down it, then for the next 200km I adventured off finding any road that looked interesting. I figured this would be better for photo ops. And you know, I discovered another wind farm!

I was driving along and I came over a small hill to see 20+ windmills right beside me. As I kept driving they just kept on appearing. I stopped at one point for photos and I was able to count 50 mills from that spot alone. I'll have to upload the pics and post some of them.

Ah ha! Goin Don Quixote on US are ya? I'd love to see them Wind Turbine pics of Yours.

On Monday I'm going to try and work on PC2 as It needs some TLC, Eventually I hope to get done with that one and get PC4 and rip out that foul TEC cooler out($10 a month or so to run that cpu cooler I think) and replace It with a better cooler(I hope It's better at least).

Wow that certainly does look inviting ST! I can't imagine what it would be like to wake up and see a view like that each morning. Here we've got the lakes/rivers, trees, and rock (after a 3hr drive north), but we don't have the mountains.

    Re: The Boinc Bar!

Yeah I miss it...can still hear the river in my head (at least I think that's what that noise is...)

And the pic doesn't do it justice. That's just a small part of the mountains we could see.

It's about 12 road miles from the Canadian border, due west of Glacier National Park. We caught several Bull Trout over 25 inches long, man could they fight! I lost the biggest one I hooked too, might have to go back to try again.

Best part: No electricity, no phones, no computers. The only way it seems we can have a real vacation anymore.
