Good thing they sold when they did. 1 or 2 years later the park closed down. Everyone had to move their stuff away. Surprised everyone. My friends waited they would have lost a lot of money cause of that. This way everything was set up at a prime location when they sold.
Here parks are under no obligation to buy a mobile home at the prevailing price, They can even deny a sale I think, saying the person isn't qualified as the park is a rental park and space rent is less than what the park would rent My place out for which is $600 a month(the Manager said He'd rent My place for $600 If the park owned the place), Space rent here is $215 a month, Could the park owner afford $20,000.00? Sure, But so far I've gotten no where asking the manager about the park buying Me out, So I put the place up for sale, The manager wasn't too thrilled about It, He's out hunting right now as It's Hunting season, He'll be back on Saturday, I'll talk to Him about the sign, I may resort to buying a sign and putting It in My window with the Real Estate number on It and Whom to talk to on It.

My friends were lucky. Don't know if the park had final say on the sale. I wouldn't have been surprised if they did. They sold it privately. So that helped them out too. The park was located on the Welland River, not even 5 minuets from Niagara Falls. Very popular area as you could expect.

    Mornin`

Todays agenda is: find receipts for both failed hard drives, and fill out/print RMAs from Seagate. Go shopping for a new snowblower(probally a Sears Craftsman). House cleaning and laundry is in there to. BBQ some steaks for supper, now that I got that beef(325lbs.). Plus some other stuff that I got planned.

And what are your plans for this fine Sunday?

Watching TV, Putting the PC in the defective HAF-932 case away(Coolermaster forum admin won't allow Me to login and I've complained about It and have been ignored, Don't buy Coolermaster JUNK), Next case will have filters and be either the Antec 902 or the 1200, I can get the 902 for $108.48 delivered in March and April, In October I have to get the mobile home floor level again(there goes $100). Otherwise, Just cleaning some times as needed and watching TV or posting somewhere.

Now to start chipping away at the rest of the stuff I need to do today.

Joker, what`s wrong with the defective Coolermaster case? I`ve had about a dozen cases from them without problems. Infact I currently have 3 Coolermaster cases.

My dad has Craftsman snow blower that he just got 2 years. He loves it. It works really good now after we corrected an assembly error some kid probably did when they assembled it in the store. The drive belt rubbing against a bar that was put on backwards.

Only question is how many HP is it? I didn't see any power rating in the write up.

It's not the case really(Ok, the HAF-932 is a Dust Magnet), Their Forums admin won't let Me login and I've complained to tech support twice, Tech Support sent an email to the admin and It was ignored as I could never sign in under any email address. The bottom intake for the psu was clogged full of dust, I'll be lucky If I can blow the psu clean of any dust as here It's dust and moisture(as It's humid in here) I fight cause of a swamp cooler.

Now without a single walk through the agent is talking reducing the price some, No interior pics(I sent a few in of course, None of them too dark) and they finally got an Exit Strategy Real Estate for sign in the front bedroom window now.

What a cold rainy day here.

Days like this makes me think I'm in Seattle.

We had a new driver drop off some steel at work this afternoon. In the middle of the rain of course. Seeing as he was new, our steel was at the bottom of his trailer, while everyone else's steel was on top.

The worst part was the steel on top of ours was beyond our equipment's lifting capabilities. But we got it off, and he went on his way.

Just remember, you may have bought it off of E-Bay, but you didn't buy it from E-Bay. So you may be in luck with this techtreasure company is an authorized dealer. But that's yet to be seen.

    Good luck.
