Anyway, I opened and drank it, thinking of my buddy Fluff as I did so, wondering why they say beer doesn't travel. This bottle had been around the world courtesy of UPS and tasted just fine

    Oh well, such is life

Worse... since Ned wasn't an importer, he could not take delivery of the bottle of poison I sent HIM...(http://www.bottledbeer.co.uk/index.html?beerid=1814)

but this one never came back!

Some poor sot in British Customs got a drink o' something he wasn't expecting!

Morning folks. Managed to throw my shoulder out last night at martial arts class..I guess there's only so many times people can practice "Using your gi to throw you to the ground" (face-first) before something gets hurt.

Oh....and I have a car race today...we've rented a couple runways on the local military base, so there's a solo 2/1 event. Hmm...muscle relaxant bottle says do not drive or operate machinery.....ok....a straight shot of painkillers it will have to be!

Oh, man Hubris, don't do that... it'll feel fine until you need to crank the wheel hard right and the shoulder says "eh... that's far enough. Hey, look at the pretty cones!"

It really bites when you suddenly find out what's on the other side of the painkiller... it's usually extended physical therapy!

Well....nothing was bent or broken. It must have been muscles around the shoulder as opposed to the actual shoulder components.....painkillers got me there, and adrenaline was enough to keep me driving. I didn't have the fastest time of the day, but I didn't have the fastest car. Freaking little mod-class 1400 pound cars on full slicks!!

Good time though. My new sat dish (2 sats, dual LNB each) arrived...hopefully this weekend I'll have TV for the first time in a month!

And this means he wouldn't crack his skull within 5 seconds of hitting the ice on skates....how?

Well folks...we have some yardwork to do....didn't manage to get up on the roof yesterday...once again I truly hope to have TV sometime today. First I need to find some more co-ax cables....darn sat dish doesn't come with any extra short cables to come out of the lnb's and into the switch

I just mentioned that He owns one and He does wear a helmet there while doing It, At least the one time I saw Him on TV that is. Not that It has much to do with skating, On or off ice.

Say You aren't going to get the Internet by way of a dish I hope? The Lag time is killer I hear.
