Well It's not exactly a well known brand Yet I've read People like what They make and for less than $69.00($68.59) I figure I can't go wrong, I may not pay for the double boxing $5.00 as I could have It sent by Priority Mail so It may cost Me all of $63.59 or so. Of course zoom1 will need a New psu and this brand and type seems perfect for My needs and then I can upgrade It specs like with zoom2:Originally Posted by Fluff n Stuff

1-Koolance Xeon Prestonia to P4 RMs(Paid for & Here on My Desk now)
2-Scythe SCKKR-1000 KAMAKIRI Universal CPU Coolers for $114.59
Then I won't worry about a new PC for a while of course and before I do any upgrades(Below only), I have some repairs to do:
2-27" TVs to be repaired[$120?],
Houses plumbing & Swamp Cooler[$110?],
Car AC repairs(AC Clutch too)[$220?],
Fuel pump to install[$110?],
Car Insurance(Renew & pay for)[$160?],
DMV (& Smog maybe)[$65 or 107?].

120mm 108cfm Fan[$22?],
Super Flower TTGI 550w psu(3.3v~35A;+5.0v~50A;+12.0v~30A)[$63.59],

No no, they ARE a brand I've seen often... reviewed over at Dan's Data or something. It's because I DO see the name often that I'm always crackin' up 'nStuff...Originally Posted by zoom314

But at least I'm safe from any Mega Tsunamis 600 meters = 1,968.50394 feet tall(Created by Massive Run out Land Slides into the Ocean, Hawaii has a big fault in part of the Big Island that could & will do It one day[No Joke, I'm deadly serious]), One happened up in Alaska 30 years ago and involved 3 trawlers, 1 survived[2 others didn't] and that wave was created by about 90,000,000 metric tons of rock, But It was mostly confined to a Bay[the Wave was about 492' tall[a small one] or so and the effects can be seen, Old growth Forrest[Dark Green] and New Growth where the Wave Hit is light Green in color], You better start making a Helicopter[more practical than a sub would be]. This was on the Discovery Channel recently again cause of the South Asia catastrophe.....

Morning Peeps
Hi Caprid - great to see you back
Thick head this morning - one too many beers last night with Mrs Slider's DadSpent the day putting a couple new drives (2 x 160GB) in his machine and ghosting his OS across. Norton ghost was doing strange things. He had a 40GB drive split into 2 x 20GB partitions (1 NTFS and 1 FAT32 for storing backup ghost image files). I tried imaging partition to partition for the primary WinXP partition, but it wouldn't boot (tried recovery console and fixboot and fixmbr). Anyway, then tried imaging drive to drive and ghost played nice despite them being of differing sizes. The source drive was split as a 20GB NTFS and 20GB FAT32, so ghost set the destination drive in the same ratio as 75GB NTFS and 75GB FAT32 (slightly above the 32GB limit for FAT32 but heck, it worked!). Then we resized with Partition Magic to the sizes we wanted

Yup, well, I'm protected from the North winds at my home and we have over 10" accumulated so far. Out in the county though, we have 6' drifts or bare spots!
You have to pick the right road to get to work....one they plow regularly. I have a boss rig, a 2004 VW Touareg with a honkin 325 hp V8 and awesome Michelin snow tires. Not much problem for me to get whereever I need to go safely and in comfort. Xenon headlights are awesome for seeing in a whiteout as well. It's the others who are ill prepared that I have to contend with. I feel for folks, I really do. I mean, being stuck inside for 3 days, you just gotta get out after awhile. But, please be prepared, crap! Trying to drive on solid ice roads through 2-3' drifts with a Honda Accord with street tires is just plain stupid!!
OK, I feel a little better now! Last day at work till Wed night. I won't mind hanging around the house for a few days!
