F@H Question?

I just put F@H2 on my Tyan S2460 with 1.2MP's. What kind of times should I expect from it say on the GNRA Hairpin for instance. My first try at useing FireDaemon was a complete failure. I ended up with 4 instances of Core65 running so I ended up disabling the services. I had two separate F@H2 directories so I just started FAH running in each directory and going in to task manager and setting processor affinnity. It might not be pretty but it works. Is there a program that does the same thing for FAH that SETIDriver does like running 2 instances of S@H?

Hey! Unfortunately, as soon as the wu's complete and upload,
processor affinity resets to both cpu0 and cpu1 for both. I
haven't seen much difference letting them run that way, but
haven't measured it very closely either.
Whenever I can, I reset the affinity on both my dualies.
I know they are working on this for the next release beyond v2.17

I found I have multiples too, more FireDaemon doesn't like to be changed or turned off. I went back to UI version while I (anyone) figure it out.

Does that mean if I spend hours to make FireDaemon run Fold on CPU 1 and SETI on CPU2 (cos setting 0 is automatic to both) that I'm wasting my time?

That I don't know.....I haven't tried that proggie. Seems the guys
at ARS team eggroll are into trying lots of things. Check out the
info group at Yahoo. You can get the link from the folding website. I'm not at home so I can't try anythink on my primarys
for about another week.
