Hey my pretty, purr, purr (my house is a place where cats love to hang out - we only have two just now and no large tiggers) please explain to mere motals how the animated stuff works!

    Thanks

Find an animated gif you like (google search works well for finding appropriate sites). Save the animation just like you'd save any image, (for IE it's right click, Save Target As). Then add it to your web page (where you keep your other links for the pics in your sig). Once that's done, you can click on the IMG button when you're writing a post, and enter the http addy where the pic is located (again, just like you probably do for your pics). It's as easy as that.

I am the weakest link -- I assumed you had to animate rather than find them duhhhh!
