Find an animated gif you like (google search works well for finding appropriate sites). Save the animation just like you'd save any image, (for IE it's right click, Save Target As). Then add it to your web page (where you keep your other links for the pics in your sig). Once that's done, you can click on the IMG button when you're writing a post, and enter the http addy where the pic is located (again, just like you probably do for your pics).
