A best impression of old UB and his position around snow:
Hold on UB. May hurt when you laugh.

Re: Wishing UB a quick and sucessful recovery

Thanks guys. That dog was having too much fun!

Here's my volunteer....he just shows up!

I do have a worn out monster aluminum snow shovel, used more for garden projects than snow.

Hey, I'd trade the shovel for this peapikkin pain anytime!

Re: Wishing UB a quick and sucessful recovery

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all of your helpful comments, attention to my welfare, your prayers and good thoughts, your friendship, and your dedication. Each and everyone of you need to know that it means the world to me.

I am on day 4 of no pain medication whatsoever. A full 4 weeks earlier than the surgeon suggested, but spot on with my regular longtime MD's advice. I am finding that I need to say thank you to all who have helped. I owe you guys a debt of gratitude that can only be repaid by my continued involvement and consideration of each and everyone of your lives.

Thanks again, and please know I am getting better everyday.

No, still not driving yet, but it can't/won't be long now!

In my case and I'm sure a lot of us need to say thanks to you as you've always been one to provide the necessary advice to get me out of a hole or support when feeling "defeated".

So it is good to hear you're working in a less "foggy" condition and wish you the best as you continue in your recovery.

I'm waiting for the day you're feeling better. I feel another one of my challenges coming on but I'm not sure the B's are up to it yet. So I'll wait a while yet.

You can always practice driving with Grid until you're ready for the real thing.
