My REVAMPED budget system.. Help me choose a motherboard.

This what I have so far for my budget system. I already placed an order for something else , and I had to cancel it. What should I change or revise I need to order soon because this old Dell is slowing me down big time.


This build comes out to be 455 with shipping. I wanted to stay under or around 400. Is there anything here not necessary or that i can change to help fix that without risking quality.
