As expected, I thought this one was much smoother than the first pod cast. It was a bright spot on a rather dim morning of work. Thanks.

What about the lenght? #2 was a lot longer than #1 but didn't feel during the recording that it was TOO long.

Another point that came up in my suggestions thread Ryan?

Any easy way to capture a transcript of the podcasts? A guy that isnt an english speaker[second language] asked.

Seems like it may be of some benefit for members who are hearing impaired.
I bet theyd still like to read the transcripts.

no easy way to do it that i know of...probably a very difficult option to type out an hour of talking.
