Dead Space...thoughts of what it will be like for PC?
I just read the synopsis on this game and it looks great. My only big concern is it's a third person shooter, which I normally don't like. They just don't seem to work right on the pc. I know this thread is just all speculation as there don't seem to be any reviews out yet for it, so let's speculate!

Im really torn between getting this on the PC or the 360. Mouse and Keyboard would make the game easier, but I really like my rumble.

Depends on how the camera works, Soul Reaver is 3rd person and I think it works really well. Can't think of my "doesnt work so well" example right now but any game with exessive camera swiveling and focus more on your avatar than on what your avatar is looking at would qualify.
What has got me worried right now is if EA decides to go activation and install limits across the board.

You could get a gamepad for the PC, like the 360 controller.
I use one of my 360 controllers on my PC, works great, especially with Gears of War.

Thats true, but unless the graphics disparity is night and day, I dont think Ill shell out 30$ for another gamepad.

Why do you need to shell out $30 for another gamepad though? If it's wired, just plug into the PC, if it's wireless, you can get the receiver for $20 tops.

Im pretty sure the standard 360 controllers dont work for PCs. Or is there a hack you can do?

they do, i dont even think you need drivers. Microsoft hooked it up for once. I used to use mine for some games when i first got a 360.

Ya, the wired can just be plugged in, and the wireless need the wireless receiver, which as I said, is roughly $20.

Hey guys, PM me if you want the XBOX360 pre-order code for the Scorpion Suit. I only have one. Gamestop sent me the wrong one, but when I called today they sent the code for PS3 version, so I'm all set. So, I have an unused code for the XBOX360 version.

I dont think there is any. Its survival horror. Although I would have LOVED co-op.
I might hit you up on that xbox suit when I decide to pick it up. Im still waiting for Force Unleashed to ship in.
