Any recommendations for Tech Videos?

Besides the Revenge/Triumph of the Nerds series, does anyone remember the names of some outstanding quality tech videos you watched in your early years of training? We are putting together a tech library at school and it is really sparse at the moment.

Looking into documentaries by the usual suspects (Discovery, BBC, etc) would probably be worthwhile... I saw a great one a while back called "Web Warriors". There's also a huge range of docos on robotics and computer history out there.

If you're more into the movies, then maybe things like Takedown? Not exactly Oscar material though.
