Corsair Tx 750 w Problem........RMA?

Hi there,

Corsair recommends the paper clip test if you suspect a fault PSU. My system had been crashing consistenly and now will not even turn on so.....

I tried the paper clip test since my system is no longer turning on. Does fan "spin up" mean that the PSU fan should run constantly. When I short green - black, the fan does about a quarter turn and then stops with the green and black still shorted.

Is this RMA worthy? I don't want to go through the RMA process if that is normal.

Thanks so much

Had somewhat the same situation with an OCZ and they had me RMA it. Whom did you buy it from and is it when in the retailers return policy??
