Asrock N68-s overclock problem!

Whenever I try to manually set the cpu voltage and nb multiplier and cpu multiplier save then restart I get a black screen. Then I have to clear CMOS. Whats wrong? The reason I try to set the cpu volatge is because I have to set it to 1.40 to get a stable 3.20 overclock but I have to use the asrock octuner to set the voltage right now. How can I get it to work right?
