not totally positive, but I do believe that you are suppose to start out schools, jobs, etc from most recent to past instead of true chronological order, might want to research that part.
for future reference this should be a working document throughout your life if you find time to keep it updated, as it sure is easier to keep it in order than to try and research when the heck you worked where and what dates...lol
it would be wise to remove the personal information for your own safety. please consider how many members (both visitors and registered) visit this site daily and how many could potentially view your information.
For education you don't need to list anything before high school.

Yup, reverse chronological order first; and should be no more than 3 listing. An employer doesn't really care that you went to grammar school. if you went to high school, or college, that much would be assumed.
Accomplishment or awards would be a good sub-section to have. i don't know what sort of work your looking for, but I'd try a technical breakdown of said skills. if someone was looking for you in a technical light, computer savvy won't get you very far, but far more specific.
It needs a little work, but its a good starting point.
I would change your layout around. Its looks very generic, you want something that will catch attention. Not over done, but something that looks like you put a little work into it.
Also you need to tailor your resume to the particular job your applying for.
Say your applying for a computer technician job. List all the different software, hardware and networking tools you are familiar with in a structured section. Use bullets to separate different fields.
Showing you what i mean would be much easier, shoot me a pm if you want some layouts to play around with.
I have a few of my personal resumes that i could send to you so you could take a look at the different formats and layouts if you would like.

Agreed, and I'll take it a step further. High school education on a résumé is only relevant if a) you're still in high school and you're seeking PT employment, or b) you haven't attended a post-secondary institution or a trade school. If you have been working for a long time, all that needs to be listed is the name of the school and which years you attended: nothing more. Experience, in some cases, matter more than education, depending on the position.
